01:18appears to constitute violations of the revised Penal Code on Bribery and Corruption,
01:23as well as graft and plunder given the magnitude of funds involved.

01:42The complaints are based on the sworn affidavits and corroborating evidence
01:56of dismissed Bulacan engineers Henry Alcantara, Bryce Hernandez, and JP Mendoza.

02:04saying he welcomes every opportunity to clear his name before the proper forum.
02:08The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines confirms
02:13three aircraft linked to former Ako Biko representative Zaldico
02:16are no longer in the country.
02:18According to CAAP, two Augusta Westland helicopters flew to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia,
02:23on August 20 and September 11,
02:25while a Gulfstream aircraft has been in Singapore since August 16.
02:29CAAP says it continues to monitor all registered air assets
02:32in compliance with existing regulations.
02:34The Department of Public Works and Highways earlier asked
02:37the Anti-Money Laundering Council
02:39to freeze the assets of Misibis Aviation and Development Corporation
02:42and Hightone Construction and Development Corporation,
02:45both linked to Kho.
02:47Records from CAAP show these companies collectively own
02:50nine aircraft worth $82.59 million,
02:53or around 4.8 billion pesos.

03:52And the poorest on the list, Cheese Escudero,
