02:28In Kiel, Germany, Cedric is also a cross-border worker. The French manager of a German animal food processing factory, he is actively looking for new employees, regardless of the country where they come from.
02:41We turn around with 120 people in full time. 60% are German workers, but we have about 40% of transfrontaliers.

03:40With 1,7 million euros in ESF Plus funding for the 2024-2026 period, URES-T Upper Rhine is implementing a series of initiatives aimed at fostering connections between workers and employers.
03:55We have a big budget that goes towards coaching. It's something that allows employers to really adapt their candidates with the standards of the other countries where they will candidate.
