How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Stand tall and lean forward by taking your hips
backward.
2. Grab the dumbbells in your hands with your
palms facing inward and fold your arms while
taking your elbows past your back.
3. Raise the dumbbells by straightening your
arms behind your back.
4. Return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips
1. Bend your knees slightly while leaning
forward.
2. Keep your elbows fixed at a point and
avoid moving your shoulder.
3. Keep your muscles active and don’t let the
dumbbells fall freely while returning.
