00:00We managed to put it all together. There's still difficulties because we might have had a building but we had nothing inside it.
00:08And slowly but surely we managed to raise the money we needed.
00:12In the end we had a lot for inside but we'd had to take the outside area out of the contract. That wasn't done at all.
00:20It came that there was a fantastic response to a very, very sad situation and we raised money to be able to do the outside as well.
00:33What we have here today is testimony to all the people standing in this room because everybody has put something into this project that's made it happen.
00:44It's been not one person, it's been the whole community.
00:47And so, Your Majesty, I thank you for coming and I would ask you if you would please officially open our building as we will unveil the plaque.
