In a rare interview, comedy icon Satish Shah fondly recalls about his friendship with versatile Om Puri, recalling how they were batchmates at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Further sharing the screen in Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron (1983). Years later, as they reunited for Panga Na Lo (2007), during its music launch Shah warmly said, “Hamari khoob jami,” describing their lasting friendship.
