00:00we are seeing that within the creative space there hasn't really been a lot of focus in
00:05channeling capital towards infrastructure and so that automatically puts African creatives
00:12at a disadvantage however the current flow of capital towards infrastructure or interest
00:18in moving capital towards infrastructure will definitely be a really positive or have a very
00:25positive impact on the sector because it lowers production costs you know access to production
00:32areas access to spaces becomes a lot more easier and that means that creatives can do a lot more
00:40production you know locally there's also you know looking at infrastructure both from a physical
00:46perspective so physical instruct infrastructure like studio spaces invest event spaces as well
00:53as digital infrastructure which is also really really important because we're seeing a lot of
00:58you know creative entrepreneurs now operating on the digital front um and so i think you know seeing
01:05these shifts is definitely a positive shift we actually hope that we can see a lot more um
01:12money being channeled um you know towards infrastructure because we've been um quite it's
01:17been a very under invested area um and then we'll start to see the positive impacts of having local
01:24infrastructure for the creative um space so then uh how does heva fund where is heva fund channeling uh
01:31some of your investments uh if not infrastructure necessarily yeah so we do um channel our investments
01:37to towards infrastructure but i'll also give you the scope of work and where we primarily see um also other
01:44opportunities um working capital um has become more and more um you know prominent in terms of there
01:52being a gap uh for creative businesses so if you think about production capital expansion capital uh
01:58whether it's servicing orders or meeting uh you know clients demands a lot of businesses really struggle
02:05in this area and that's because traditional banks um either take too long to um process um the working
02:12capital requests or they don't necessarily um have these opportunities for you know creative
02:18businesses to access and so we channel our funds or rather our investments towards working capital
02:24and we do that in various ways there's the way in which we move money directly to the businesses um
02:29because we see the need so if they have like a local purchase order we channel funds towards that
02:35but then there's also um what we're seeing now is that a lot of creatives are operating in communities
02:42whether it's on e-commerce platforms whether it's on aggregator platforms and our interest is to really
02:48unlock um this working capital um challenges for creatives
