00:17and I've heard that some workers do not want to go back.

00:25there is a high possibility that factory construction in the U.S. may be significantly postponed.

00:32These workers are highly trained and talented people,

00:35but the experience of being handcuffed and detained in a foreign country

00:39is not only traumatic and unbelievable for the workers, but also for their families.
