03:14of transfer of Honourable Sri Justice, Shiket Manuendranatharai, Judge Gujarat High Court

03:19to be a judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

03:23In exercise of the power conferred by Class I of Article 222 of the Constitution of India,

03:29President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, he is pleased to transfer

03:34Sri Justice, Shiket Manuendranatharai, Judge Gujarat High Court, to be a judge of Andhra Pradesh

03:40High Court, and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

03:45His Excellency, the Honourable Governor of Andhra Pradesh, as per GORT No. 399, LA&JSCF,

03:54Department, dated 23-10-2025, delegated the powers to Honourable Sri Justice, Dheera Singh Tagur,

04:01the Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, to administer the oath to Honourable

04:06Sri Justice, Shiket Manuendranatharai.

04:09With the permission of my lot, the Honourable Chief Justice, I now read out the government

04:15order.

04:16Under Article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints

04:22Honourable Sri Justice Dheera Singh Tagur, the Chief Justice, High Court of Andhra Pradesh,

04:28that the person before whom Honourable Sri Justice, Shiket Manuendranatharai, who has been

04:33transferred as judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court, shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation

04:40according to the form set out for the purpose in the third schedule to the Constitution of

04:45India before he enters upon his office.

04:49May I now request my Lordship Honourable Sri Justice to administer the oath.

05:01I, Chiket Manuendranatharai, having been appointed a judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh,

05:09having been appointed a judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, do swear in the name of

05:13God, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by the law of

05:18established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, that I will duly and faithfully
