00:50chilling contrast to the grief of Lola's family.

00:53Lola's mother and brother broke down in tears while the memory of Lola's father, who died

01:00last year after relapsing back into alcoholism, lingered over the courtroom.

01:06Benqueret has now 10 days to appeal this decision.
