00:47The report says Sushant's sister Meetu Singh stayed with him briefly
00:50and former manager Shruti Modi had stopped visiting earlier that year
00:54On financial allegations, the CBI says Rhea took only her own belonging
00:58a laptop and watch gifted by Sushant
01:00and found no misuse of his money or assets
01:02The report notes the two were in a live-in relationship
01:05and Sushant even called Rhea part of the family
01:07so expenses on her don't count as cheating
01:09CBI also dismissed claims that Rhea threatened to leak Sushant's medical records
01:13calling them hearsay
01:15In short, the CBI concludes Sushant died by suicide
01:17with no role of Rhea or her family
01:19But Sushant's family has rejected the report
01:22calling it an eye wash
01:23Their lawyer alleges the CBI withheld key evidence
01:26including chats, medical files and witness statements
01:29and plans to challenge the findings in court
01:31Six hearings have gone by and nothing has been filed
01:33and that which actually begs even a greater consideration
01:37that there is obviously something not proper
01:40which is why they are hiding these supporting documents
01:45The Patna court will now hear the matter on December 20th
01:47For millions of fans, Sushant's memory lives on
01:50But for his family, the fight for justice isn't over
