00:01The conclusion of the trial today with the acquittal of Soldier F has once again brought

00:09into sharp focus the deep pain and division that events from over 50 years ago continue

00:24I said at the outset of the trial that we would be mindful that families lost loved ones

00:32on the 30th of January in 1972.

00:37Those families who are at court today just like many others who had relatives killed in

00:431972 including the two police officers just said they two hours earlier and the families

00:49of those who have lost loved ones through the troubles continue to experience pain at

00:56the loss of loved ones and we should not forget that today.
