The former Manchester United striker doesn't believe Mo Salah's poor run in front of goal is down to his age.

00:01No, I'm going to be very honest with you. I'm not going to sit here and say,
00:04oh, he looks like he's ageing, oh, he's this, he's that.
00:09He's had a tough start to the season, then what?
00:12It happens. What are we seven games in? It happens, doesn't it?
00:17I wouldn't be worried. I think if you ask Mo Salah himself,
00:20he'd be disappointed the way things have gone for him at this pleasant moment in time,
00:25but he's not going to be sitting at home rocking himself to sleep,
00:28questioning himself because he's far too good for that.
00:31Would you be worried about his age?
00:33No, because we have this facade that he gets to a certain age
00:37and all of a sudden you can't do things.
00:40Well, what's the difference? I mean, what is it?
00:44Because he's not starting the way everyone else would expect him to start.
00:47All of a sudden it's down to his age.
00:50So if he goes on a crazy run of the next five game scores in every game,
00:56what are we going to turn around and say then? His age.
00:59I don't buy into a lot of things that I said, you know,
01:03but like I said, I think only Mo Salah would know what he's going for at the present moment in time,
01:07he will know it will turn for him.
