00:00It was 1938, a small town in Louisiana, hot, heavy air, thick with silence.

00:07In the heart of town stood a red brick house, crooked shutters, broken gate.

00:11Locals avoided it, they said it belonged to Miss Eloise, the seamstress.

00:16But no one had seen Eloise in years, she never left, didn't go to church, didn't shop for food.

00:22And yet, the lights were always on, and at night, people swore they heard humming,

01:18Finally, a search party broke down the door.

01:20They found the sewing machine still humming, and in the basement, rows of dolls.

01:26Each one stitched from real skin, each with human hair, each with a name tag.

01:31Anna, Sheriff Black, Deputy Miller.

01:34They never found Eloise, just a trail of pins leading into the woods.

01:39And if you ask the oldest folks in that town, they'll tell you,
