Farm Fresh makes it three in a row, downs Capital 1 in four sets  Farm Fresh head coach Alessandro Lodi shares his thoughts on Capital 1’s super rookie Bella Belen, praising her skills. Farm Fresh grabbed its third straight win in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2025 Reinforced Conference after overpowering Capital 1 in four sets, 25-22, 22-25, 25-21, 25-22 at the Araneta Coliseum on Oct. 21, 2025. 00:00I don't know what I can add about the land that has not been said yet, but from my perspective,

00:08and maybe I have a little more insight or I understand the game a little better than any,

00:15she is kind of one of kind. She doesn't look overwhelming. It seems like nothing.

00:24It seems she is doing nothing because she is not moving the block, she is not extremely physical,

00:30but she damn knows what she is doing with the ball. She has a ball control that is exceptional.

00:37She has a thousand shots and she frustrates me because you know when you have somebody hitting over the ball

00:44and there is little to be frustrated about it. She is 6'4 and she hits over me and there is nothing I can do about it.

00:50But with Benelli, I can do that too because she is not really superior to me in terms of physical skills.

00:57Yeah, I know she plays better volleyball. So ultimately to play volleyball you need to be better at playing.

01:04Playing the game, you can't be taller. There is some examples both in the men's and the women's game of players

01:10not the most physical, not the most overwhelming or that would appear spectacular, but phenomenal consistency,

01:22lots of tools, lots of shots, lots of solutions and they can do what they want with the ball.

01:27And she is on her way to becoming that. So she is really good and it is not by accident.

01:32Because one time by accident, even I can play one time by accident and score 25 points.

01:37But she does it all the time. So before it was UAP, okay, she plays against nobody.

01:43Well now it is in the pros and so now she plays against people. So she is really really good

01:49and I hope she stays humble and she keeps working because she for sure has the tools to be really good for many many years.
