Aujourd’hui j’ai eu un check-out pas comme les autres… ma famille a séjourné dans mon Airbnb à Paris !

00:00Today, I had a special check-out in my Airbnb.

00:02I received my family to Paris.

00:04Well, I say Airbnb, but of course, I didn't have anything to pay.

00:07It was the first weekend of vacation, and as they wanted to take a few days of Paris,

00:10I proposed to come between two clients.

00:12Some of you may have noticed, but there are already some changes in the apartment.

00:16I added a little building in the salon, a carpet for the shoes,

00:19a plastic plastic protection for the additional matelas,

00:21and even new clothes that I bought during my vacation in the summer.

00:24As you know, at Paris, I'm limited to 90 days of location per year.

00:27So, for 2025, I had opened certain dates every month to cover the whole year.

00:32I always found a few days free between each reservation.

00:35Apart from this year, of course, as you know, I try to book an apartment maximum.

00:40But for the coup, it was perfect, because the first weekend of vacation was free.

00:43It was the first time I received my friends here.

00:45Honnêtement, nothing to do with the new clients, I had no doubt about it.

00:48And apart from some personal items that they had forgotten in the kitchen and in the bathroom,

00:52there was absolutely nothing to sign up.

00:53Which helps me a lot of the task to prepare the apartment before my next cliente.

00:57And by the way, I know that it will interest a few of you,

01:00but little info, I started to open the calendar for 2026.

01:03So, there are already a few dates in the beginning of the year that are open,

01:07In the meantime, I prepared a big visit, because I received a student in Germany,

01:10who is coming to see friends at Paris.

01:12So, I prepared the entire apartment and the apartment,

01:14so that they can be able to meet several people if they wanted to stay.
