How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Get your knees on the platform of the pull-up
machine and grab the bar with your hands placed
shoulder-width apart and palms facing forward
2. Take a deep breath and pull yourself up by
bending your arms while bringing your chest
towards the bar
3. Exhale and return to the starting position by
straightening your arms slowly

Exercise Tips
1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching
2. Adjust the weight of the machine according
to your strength and bodyweight.
3. Perform the exercise at a slow pace and avoid
any jerky movements
