Im Gefängnisdrama Wasteman hat sich Insasse Taylor (David Jonsson) die Gabe zugelegt, praktisch unsichtbar für die anderen Mitgefangenen zu bleiben. Er verbüßt eine unverhältnismäßig lange Strafe für ein viel zu kleines Verbrechen. Als ihm plötzlich angeboten wird, auf Bewährung rauszukommen, scheint seine Chance gekommen. Doch ausgerechnet da tritt der charismatische und machthungrige Dee (Tom Blyth) in sein Leben, der ihn unbedingt an sich binden und im Gefängnis behalten will.
