Pedro Pascal is at the height of his career, and this year he debuted as Reed Richards in the Marvel universe. But there’s another role of his that seems to be flying under the radar, and it shouldn’t be: HBO Max’s ‘Freaky Tales.’
‘Freaky Tales’ is an anthology film, and Pascal’s segment sees him yet again as a father who finds himself in a rough spot. This character, however, is a little rougher around the edges, and it is thrilling to watch. It’s unclear why nobody is talking about this film, as it not only has Pascal but a slew of major guest stars. Every segment is pretty solid, and they work together as a worthwhile film.
