00:00In a world filled with noise, chaos, and endless storms, our hearts often grow weary, we search
00:12for peace, in people, in places, in things, yet, true peace seems so far away, but in
00:18the quiet moments, when the world fades, there's a whisper, a voice that says, be still, and
00:24know that I am God, of worry, waves of fear, tides of sadness that rise without warning,
00:30and sometimes, it feels like we're drowning, but then, Jesus steps into the storm, not with
00:37thunder or force, but with the power of his peace, he stretches out his hand and says,
00:42peace, be still, and suddenly, the waves obey, the fear fades, the peace of Jesus is not the
00:50absence of trouble, it's his presence in the trouble, when the world shakes, his love stands
00:55firm, when fear whispers, his voice speaks louder, he says in John 14 verse 27, peace I leave with
01:02you, my peace I give you, I do not give to you as the world gives, do not let your hearts
01:07be troubled, and do not be afraid.
01:10This is the promise of his presence, a calm that reaches deeper than the storm.
01:15Maybe right now, your heart feels heavy, your mind restless, you've tried everything to
01:20find peace, stop running, breathe, close your eyes, and invite him in, for when Jesus is near,
01:27peace is not just possible, it's promised, his presence quiets the noise, he fills the
01:32emptiness, and turns fear into faith. Peace in his presence means resting in his control,
01:38it means trusting his timing, it means knowing, even when you don't understand, that he is still
01:43in the boat with you, he has not left you, he is your calm in the chaos, your anchor in the
01:48storm, your peace in the pain. So today, lay your worries at his feet, let his love wash
01:55over your heart, because the one who calmed the sea, can calm your soul too. Let his peace
02:01guard your heart and mind, today, tomorrow, and forever.
