Live album recorded by Carribean-born jazz pianist Michel Sardaby from Martinique relocated in France. The album was recorded at RCA's Studio in New York City in 1972 and has only been vailable in Japan for many years. Six compositions by Sardaby, as always very melodic themes, great elegance. Rather melancholic in its first tracks, the album ends in a rhythmic apotheosis.
Michel Sardaby - piano. Richard Davis - bass. Ray Barretto - congas. Billy Cobham - drums.
The panther of Antigny. Waltz for my father. Love, love and dream. Martinica. Someone came into my life. Coulie's dance.
