DPWH to probe Discayas' connection with Bong Go

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla has ordered Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon to look at the possible connection between the controversial Discaya couple and the construction firm of Senator Christopher "Bong" Go's father in relation to the anomalous flood control projects.
