00:00Meanwhile, federal agents firing tear gas to break up a violent protest in Chicago.

00:05This standoff in the street happening after two illegal migrants from Venezuela were arrested

00:10for allegedly ramming their vehicle into a Border Patrol SUV.

00:14Todd Pyro joins us with more. Todd.

00:16It doesn't seem to be getting better in the Windy City.

00:18Good morning to all three of you.

00:19Illinois Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker blasting federal agents for using tear gas

00:24to disperse violent crowds of anti-Ice rioters.

00:27Pritzker saying, quote, ICE is recklessly throwing tear gas into our neighborhoods and busy streets.

00:33The Trump administration must stop their deployment of dangerous chemical weapons into the air of peaceful American communities.

00:40But those protests were anything but peaceful.

00:42Prior to the deployment of the tear gas, Chicago police were trying to de-escalate an anti-Ice mob

00:48when people in the crowd began getting violent.

00:51Chicago PD confirming the incident saying, quote,

00:54Individuals began throwing objects at the federal agents, at which point the federal agents deployed tear gas into the street.

01:01Now, this mob began to form after the arrest of two illegal migrants that DHS says rammed their vehicle into a Border Patrol SUV

01:09and then attempted to flee the scene.

01:12The driver and the passenger involved in the pursuit were Venezuelan nationals who entered the country illegally.

01:17The driver and ICE fugitive who was ordered to be removed in August of last year.

01:23Once the two were taken into custody, that crowd began to form.

01:27DHS saying, quote,

01:28The incident is not isolated and reflects a growing and dangerous trend of illegal aliens violently resisting arrest

01:34and criminals ramming cars into our law enforcement officers.

01:39Back over to you.

01:40Right.

01:41So is the governor going to say that it's OK that a legal immigrant rammed into an ICE official?

01:45Did they make any sense?

01:47I mean, at this point, Brian, he may not be saying it's OK,

01:50but his omissions and his actions sort of against the ICE agents more or less condone it.

01:56And that's just terrific.

01:57Yeah.

01:57Not supporting them.

01:58That sets the climate.
