00:00When we leave at the very end of Wicked,

00:05Elphaba has to make the decision to go off on her own.

00:08And we catch up to them some time later,

00:11and things in Oz have changed.

00:15In Wicked for Good, we get to see the repercussions for their actions.

00:20The choices they've made have elevated Glinda.

00:24Glinda, the girl!

00:26And also, it meant that Elphaba now has to live a lonelier life.

00:29This wicked witch must be found.

00:34That friendship is tested by two different ideas of how the world should be.

00:39I'm a public figure now. People expect me to lie.

00:43Be encouraging.

00:45But they have matured. They're very much young women who are in their power.

00:50It's the Wicked Witch!

00:53No good thing goes unpunished!

00:59They start to question the reality that they're living in.

01:03We can't let good be just a word.

01:06It has to mean something.

01:08Alpha by Glinda's bond is tested multiple times.

01:14But they love each other enough to not only accept that, but celebrate it.

01:20And they realize that actually they need to do very different things.

01:25They need someone to be wicked.

01:27So that you can be good.

01:29I don't think their friendship will ever break.

01:32It just changes form.

01:34And it actually makes them all the more powerful.
