El Gobierno de Donald Trump ha autorizado a la CIA a llevar a cabo acciones encubiertas dentro de Venezuela, según publica este miércoles el periódico The New York Times. El paso se da a conocer cuando el presidente de Estados Unidos aumenta la presión sobre el país andino y el presidente Nicolás Maduro con una campaña de ataques de sus fuerzas armadas en aguas internacionales contra lanchas a las que acusa de participar en el narcotráfico. En declaraciones desde el Despacho Oval, el republicano ha insistido este miércoles en que tras el éxito de esa etapa habrá una nueva fase de acciones “en tierra”.
