00:14Number one, they have emptied their prisons into the United States of America.

00:28they're not the only country, but they're the worst abuser.

00:32They've allowed thousands and thousands of prisoners, mental institutions,

00:38people from mental institutions, insane asylums, emptied out into the United States.

00:44We're bringing them back.

00:45But that's a really bad...

00:46And they did it at a level that probably not...

00:49Many, many countries have done it, but not like Venezuela.

00:51They were down and dirty.

00:53And the other thing, the drugs.

00:54We have a lot of drugs coming in from Venezuela.

00:56And a lot of the Venezuelan drugs come in through the sea, so you get to see that.

01:30They've loaded up our country with prisoners, with mentally ill people that are seriously ill, criminally ill.

01:38And we're not going to take it.

01:39And so, I mean, it's just one of those things.

01:41And I can tell you, we've taken care of the sea.
