06:36as well as to you, the Honorable Prime Minister,

06:39for your all-round support and collaboration for the successful implementation of this project.

06:45The intergovernmental agreement signed within the framework of this visit,

06:49namely the Memorandum of Understanding on the Promotion of Cooperatives

06:52and the Agreement on Cooperation in India and Grant Assistance for Implementation of Cooperatives.

06:57These big impact projects will not only support Mongolia's regional development concept,

07:01but also greatly contribute to empowering local communities,

07:05empowering citizens' livelihoods, and promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

07:10I am pleased to underscore that both sides share similar views

07:14on the significance of exploring new transport and logistics connections and gateways

07:19to enhance our trade and economic cooperation,

07:22as well as jointly utilizing the potential of third country ports

07:26and transport corridors, sharing experience in road and railway development,

07:31and examining the feasibility of establishing regular direct flights

07:34and increasing transit connections between our two countries.

07:37In this regard, a Mongolian air carrier is preparing to operate charter flights

07:42to New Delhi and Amritsar starting later this year,

07:45which will make a substantial contribution to expanding our bilateral relations and cooperation,

07:50including tourism and business sectors.

07:56We also signed the Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the field of geology and minerals resources,

08:03which creates broad opportunities by opening a new avenue for expanding collaboration

08:08and increasing investment between our two countries.

08:12Mongolia highly values India's significant contribution to the global energy transition,

08:18which further consolidates its established position as a global leader in the energy sector

08:23and initiates the International Solar Alliance.

08:28And taking this opportunity, I would like to reaffirm Mongolia's position to join this alliance.

08:34We believe it's fitting to introduce India's best practices in sheep wool processing,

08:39particularly its globally recognized carpet and textile production,

08:43to Mongolia's, under Mongolia's white gold program,

08:47and agree to seek possibilities to work on raw material supply,

08:50by human resource exchange and jointly export value-added products to the global market

08:54by combining the strengths of our two countries.

08:57I am fully confident that the Mongolia India Business Forum to be held in New Delhi during this visit

09:02will serve as a vital platform for further expanding mutually beneficial economic cooperation

09:07and supporting our communities of business, entrepreneurs, and wealth creators.

09:13Moreover, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation

09:18in the Field of Sharing Successful Digital Solutions

09:20implemented at population scale for digital transformation during this visit

09:24marks another milestone in elevating our collaboration in this area to a higher level

09:29and defining its future trajectory.

09:32The India-Mongolia Friendship Secondary School,

09:34which is built under Your Excellency Prime Minister's decision,

09:38will play a valuable role in strengthening the friendship and ties among our children

09:42and youth, the future of our two nations.

09:47I also have my full faith that Mongolia and youth studying in India

09:51under the President's Scholar 2100 program, spearheaded by the President of Mongolia,

09:56will serve as a bridge of friendship between our two peoples,

09:59proudly carrying forward the shared traditional legacy of friendly relations

10:03and partnership between our two nations.

10:05I am thrilled that within the framework of this visit,

10:08artists from the Mongolia,

10:12and also I am grateful for the Government of Mongolia

10:15for announcing the number of scholarships to be extended for Mongolian students.

10:25artists from the Mongolia Grand Theatre National Art

10:27are performing the beautiful Land of Mongolia concert in New Delhi for the first time.

10:32The concert will indeed delight our Indian friends with melodies from our fast steps,

10:37creating unforgettable memories together.

10:42And during our meetings,

10:44we have discussed one of the main areas of our bilateral cooperation,

10:48which are the cultural and the sport ties.
