The first commandment of the Ten Commandments: “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.”

One side effect of UAB's $450 million takeover of 5 St. Vincent's hospitals in the Birmingham area is that they have been stripped of their Catholic & Christian imagery. Ascension closed the deal late in 2024, they are ran by the Roman Catholic Church. What were once Christian chapels have been converted to "Interfaith" where practitioners of many diverse religions (Muslims, Hindus & Pagans) are accepted to practice their religion side-by-side.

This is a major loss for the people of Alabama who need Christian morals guidance in their lives now more than ever. The employees of the hospitals, as well need to be witnessed to even as they chase after the wealth, greed & sin of their peers and bosses in the lawless local medical industry. Interfaith facilities are what were once regarded as a new age or pagan concept.

Questions still remain on what drove the Catholics to sell the hospital and abandon the Alabama market.

On November 1st, 2024 UAB announced they have closed their deal to acquire & rebrand 5 Birmingham, AL. area hospitals under the UAB St. Vincent's title. Major unresolved issues about Ascension's questionable business practices as owners of the medical system remain unaddressed. The timing of the announcement nestled between the Halloween holiday & the November 5th national election, may be an indicator someone does not want to attract a lot of attention to the particulars of this news.

One of the first items of business facing UAB in their 450 million dollar acquisition of Ascension St. Vincent's is an assessment & purge of corrupt staff & business practices & elements that have been allowed to grow out of control over many years. This runs contrary however to their statement, hoping 5,000 associates keep their jobs during the transition & that they plan to operate the facilities without any changes. If UAB follows their announced course they may soon find themselves with many millions of dollars worth of risk and debts at the very least. Such corruption may be what prompted the Catholic / Christian operators of Ascension to pull out of the state & sell the hospitals for pennies on the dollar in the first place

“Ascension has been selling off its hospitals across the country in recent months to improve its financial situation. They had already planned to leave Alabama,” said Dr. Don Williamson, President of the Alabama Hospital Association.

If Ascension had gone through with this decision, it would have left numerous healthcare facilities abandoned.

“This meant that five hospitals and around 19 ambulatory air sites across the state would be under new ownership or could potentially close. UAB and Ascension St. Vincent’s were already in a partnership,” Williamson explained.

00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40 plus hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:10All right, quoting from the Ten Commandments.
00:12The first commandment, thou shalt have no other gods before me.
00:16And one unfortunate side effect of UAB University of Alabama at Birmingham's $450 million buyout of five St. Vincent's affiliated hospitals around the Birmingham, Alabama area is that what were once strictly Christian chapels in the hospital buildings will be stripped of their Catholic and Christian imagery and will be converted to what are called interfaith chapels.
00:44And what this means is that where once the space was dedicated solely to Christianity, now Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, pagans, New Age practitioners, and peoples of all faith will be able to worship side by side in the same facility.
01:03And back in the 1980s and 90s, we used to call this part of the New Age movement.
01:10This is technically a pagan setup.
01:11You put the idols of the various gods that people worship side by side and invite everybody into the same space.
01:19And I believe that this practice is not only against Christian traditions, but perhaps it violates the religious doctrine of other religions as well.
01:32And this is a major defeat, an epic loss for the people of Alabama.
01:38Not only have the greedy and corrupt medical fat cats scared the Catholics and Christians out of Alabama, forcing the sentient to sell the hospitals to UAB for pennies on the dollar.
01:53You take a look at how UAB handles their business.
01:56Recently accused of stealing the organs from the bodies of patients they were entrusted to do autopsies on.
02:02All right, so according to this article, courtesy AL.com, published August 12, 2024,
02:09Ascension St. Vincent's Hospital and the Catholic Diocese of Birmingham will undertake a cooperative effort this fall to remove all Catholic statues, crucifixes, and artifacts from Birmingham's historic oldest hospital as UAB takes possession.
02:24That right here, it will be converted to an interfaith chapel, which will entail removing the giant centerpiece crucifix, statues, artifacts, and a framed page of a Catholic missal the days of the 1500s.
02:37And I think as well, the Catholic Church should have emphasized to a greater degree the importance of the Christian tradition of these chapels.
02:47This is a huge loss for the people of Alabama.
02:49This is my December 2, 2024 call to University of Alabama at Birmingham, UAB President, Dr. Ray Watts.
03:01Worth noting, Dr. Watts completed a neurology residency, medical internship, and clinical fellowships at Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital.
03:13And he had many appointments related to neurology over the years at the university.
03:18And please go watch my videos on my visits and interaction, trying to approach UAB about medical treatment.
03:27Emergency room visit at UAB Hospital in 2019.
03:32Triaged and a five-hour wait.
03:35The tiny waiting area was completely crowded.
03:39No seating available.
03:40I got tired of standing and had to leave after five hours.
03:44Overheard others who had been waiting there for 10-plus hours.
03:48Later, I was placed on a three-month waiting list on a referral to UAB neurologist Dr. Mina Lubos.
03:58After three months, I was called and told that because the office was moving locations, there would be an additional one-month wait.
04:07And I said, no, I will not wait any longer and cancel my appointment.
04:11More recently, I tried to see a primary care or family doctor at the UAB satellite in Leaves, Alabama.
04:21You can hear my recorded phone call where they almost put me on a waiting list.
04:26That would be eight months to see a primary care doctor.
04:31And this is totally unacceptable.
04:33Nobody in the United States of America should have to wait that long to see a basic physician.
04:42Hi, yes, I would like to leave a message for President Watts.
04:48I was interested in contacting UAB President Dr. Ray Watts regarding the university's recent takeover of Ascension St. Vincent's Hospitals Infrastructure and Services.
05:03I was a patient and customer of many of these doctors over the past several years and suffered major medical fraud, misdiagnosis, malpractice, patient dumping, and a lack of treatment.
05:17And there are many others in the state of Alabama who have similar unresolved outstanding issues.
05:23Dr. Watts may be interested in my case.
05:26As a neurology specialist, I had broken the underside of my skull in the area of the occipital condyle and condylar canal.
05:36Possibly my foreman magnum was also fractured or broken.
05:40A very serious injury.
05:41I almost died from.
05:43Yeah, I went to St. Vincent's.
05:45Had MRI, CT, and x-rays taken.
05:50I was told that I had no injury.
05:52I knew better because I almost died from whatever happened to me.
05:55Got my records and I was given written and signed radiology reports from Ascension St. Vincent's that I had no injury there.
06:07But the injuries show up in the pictures.
06:10So Dr. Watts, he could look at what happened to me.
06:13You can see 60 hours video documentation on my story at YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare.
06:21Ascension did business the wrong way during his tenure as the manager of these facilities.
06:27And UAB inherits these risks, debts, liabilities.
06:32At the same time, they try to present a new image for their acquisitions.
06:36As a patient and customer, I believe UAB must immediately assess and expunge corruption from its hospitals and staff.
06:46And in fact, its future business success depends on this.
06:49If you would, would you send an email to that?
06:53Take your time.
06:54It's at president at UAB.edu.
06:57And there you can spell it.
06:59Every concern you have and what you think he needs to know.
07:03And then we can make sure it gets to him and other proper authorities.
07:07Okay, thank you very much because this is a very serious matter.
07:11Okay, thank you.
07:12And I'll watch for your email.
07:13Between 2018 and 2019, I was an emergency department patient at Ascension St. Vincent's East Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.
07:22I believe I had broken my neck.
07:24I had an x-ray, two CT scans, and later an MRI looked at by Ascension St. Vincent's doctors.
07:32Each time they had told me I had no injuries in this area, I knew their diagnosis was an error as my condition worsened.
07:40The area became infected and infested with parasites by summer of 2019.
07:46I almost died.
07:47I obtained my medical records from your hospital along with the x-ray, CT, MRI imagery, and discovered the truth of my injury.
07:54I had broken bone in the underside of my skull in the area of the condylar canal and occipital condyle.
08:00How the doctors could admit such a large and serious injury over multiple hospital visits is inexcusable.
08:06I believe some element of organized corruption may exist in this hospital.
08:11I believe I may have been a victim of patient dumping in the course of my seeking treatment, which is a violation of EMTALA, E-M-T-A-L-A.
08:21When I told medical staff associated with Ascension about my discovery that I had been misdiagnosed repeatedly,
08:28I was personally attacked and my psychological state was challenged.
08:33This is reflected in medical records I obtained later.
08:37I could not obtain proper treatment or diagnosis for this injury because doctors and nurses that I would subsequently have encounters with
08:48would only entertain what the erroneous Ascension ER findings were.
08:52My mother, who was a nurse for 20 years, had the misfortune of working in an Ascension hospital
08:59when I questioned my MRR findings involving St. Vincent's Ambulatory Healthcare Network, LLC,
09:06and Dr. Michael Brandt Ruff, MD, radiologist, in March 2019.
09:12My mother, who was a nurse for 20 years and worked in the Ascension hospital,
09:15she was terminated from her job there around the same time.
