How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Start in a hanging position by holding a bar with
an underhand grip and your hands placed
shoulder-width apart
2. Bend your knees to keep your feet off the floor
3. Pull yourself up by folding your arms and take
your chin towards the bar
4. Return to the initial position slowly and repeat

Exercise Tips
1. Keep your neck in a neutral position and
avoid swaying on the bar
2. Pull yourself up by using the arms' muscles
3. Don’t let yourself fall freely while returning,
keep your muscles engaged
