00:44committed a suicide on 7th October given his life

00:51is something very alarming and very you know cautioning to the entire country what is happening

01:05in this Shri Puran Kumar ji while giving his life is given a dying declaration also

01:21in which he has mentioned a particularly two officers name where they have

01:29humiliated him insulted him and they're the main root cause for his suicide

01:42as per the law of the land the law of this country generally basing on this suicide note or

01:51or are the dying declaration is taken into serious consideration

01:58and the government acts immediately on the dying declaration

02:05but unfortunately even after so many days

02:10the Haryana government is not acting as per the law and unfortunately even the dead body lying like

02:22that for seven days without a post-mortem the two young daughters and the old mother are not able to see

02:34the dead body it's so pathetic and inhuman

02:42i you know seriously demand the government of Haryana and the police of the chandigat

02:52to take an action immediately against these two officers who are

03:03seriously responsible for his suicide and DGP Mr Kapoor and SP Mr Narendra

03:16and Mr Kapoor is known for his for a long time in the state he is known for his anti-dalits and anti-veika sections

03:32and the government knowing the fact

03:36made him the DGP and making him to torture the officers who are belonging to the vika sections

03:48and finally making them to die
