US President Donald Trump has hinted at sending long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine if the ongoing war with Russia is not settled. Speaking to reporters, Trump admitted this would be a “step of aggression” toward Moscow, but stressed that Ukraine “would like to have Tomahawks.” He also mentioned discussing the issue with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The warning comes amid ongoing tensions over the conflict, including NATO expansion, the rights of Russian populations in Ukraine, and the presence of neo-Nazi divisions.

00:00Millions of people living just in Russia, Ukraine alone.
00:04That would have never happened.
00:05And it didn't happen for four years.
00:07As you know, we are not sending any weapons, we're sending them to NATO, and NATO is paying,
00:13which is a big difference between Biden and Trump.
00:16Speak to Russia about that, in all fairness.
00:18I told that to President Zelensky, because tomahawks are a new step of aggression.
00:24You had talked a couple weeks ago, you were doing an interview, and you talked about how
00:29you hope to end the war in Ukraine, because it might help you get into heaven.
00:34How does this help?
00:35Does this help?
00:36I mean, you know, I'm being a little cute.
00:40I don't think there's anything going to get me in heaven, okay?
00:43I think I'm not maybe heaven bound.
00:46I may be in heaven right now as we fly in Air Force One.
00:49I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make heaven.
00:52But I've made life a lot better for a lot of people.
00:54And, you know, as an example, had the election of 2020 not been rigged, you would have millions
01:01of people living just in Russia, Ukraine alone.
01:04That would have never happened.
01:05And it didn't happen for four years.
01:08And I knew Putin very well.
01:10It was the apple of his eye.
01:11All the things I've said would have never happened.
01:14We had an incompetent administration.
01:17We had an incompetent president.
01:19And because of a crooked election, millions of people are dead.
01:22And by the way, the Israeli thing was much harder to get settled because of the best administration.
01:28Okay?
01:29Rest, enjoy yourselves, say hello to your boss, and I'll see you guys right?
01:35Good.
01:36Thank you, President.
01:37Can you tell us about your conversations with President Zelenskyy?
01:39Did you talk about long-range decisions?
01:40We had a very good conversation this morning and yesterday.
01:44And he basically would like to, as you know, we are not sending any weapons.
01:51We're sending them to NATO.
01:52And NATO is paying, which is a big difference between Biden and Trump.
01:56Because Biden gave them $350 billion and we didn't.
02:01We gave them, we gave them nothing.
02:05But we gave them respect and some other things, frankly.
02:09So, we talked about weapons.
02:11And the weapons are sent to NATO.
02:13And NATO then sends us a check.
02:15They pay for info.
02:17And they would need more weapons.
02:19And we're looking into doing that.
02:21We hope we're going to be able to provide them.
02:23You know, our country needs weapons, too.
02:26We can't give so many weapons that we don't have weapons.
02:29You never know what's going to happen.
02:30Who knows what's going to happen?
02:32But NATO pays us 100 percent for the weapons.
02:36And then they send them into Ukraine.
02:38And we talked about the weapons they need, what kind of weapons.
02:42They need patriots very badly.
02:44They'd like to have tomahawks.
02:46That's a step up.
02:48They'd like to have tomahawks.
02:50We talked about that.
02:51And so we'll see.
02:53Well, I don't know.
02:55I might have to speak to Russia, to be honest with you, about tomahawks.
03:00Do they want to have tomahawks going in their direction?
03:03I don't think so.
03:04I think I might speak to Russia about that, in all fairness.
03:07I told that to President Zelensky.
03:09Because tomahawks are a new step of aggression.
03:14Right?
03:15You understand that very well.
03:17Okay?
03:18Are you saying that you will speak to Putin first about tomahawks?
03:21I might talk to him.
03:22I might say, look, if this war is not going to get settled,
03:24I'm going to send them tomahawks.
03:26I may say that.
03:27The tomahawk is an incredible weapon.
03:30Very offensive weapon.
03:32And honestly, Russia does not need that.
03:35They don't need that.
03:36Yeah, I might tell them that if the war is not settled,
03:39that we may very well do it.
03:42We may not.
03:43But we may do it.
03:44I think it's appropriate to bring it up.
03:46Yeah.
03:47I want to see the war settled.
03:48Thank you very much.
03:49Tell them to be honest and not honest.
03:51Sir, talk to Caroline.
03:53She'll vouch for him.
03:54Okay.
03:56Thanks, President.
03:57My first time on the plane.
03:58Oh, really?
03:59Oh, yeah.
04:00He flies private.
04:02Yeah.
04:03He's doing pretty well, huh?
04:04So who's going to be the head anchor at CBS?
04:06I don't know.
04:09Not Nora O'Donnell.
04:10I don't believe it.
04:12I don't believe it.
04:13You know, there's a story that they're going to...
04:14I don't know.
04:15What do you think the mayor likes?
04:16Yes.
04:17Larry Ellison is great.
04:18And his son David is great.
04:19They're friends of mine.
04:20They're big supporters of mine.
04:22And they'll do the right thing.
04:24They're going to make CBS.
04:25Hopefully they'll...
04:26You know, they called it the Tiffany Network.
04:29And it's got great potential.
04:32CBS has great potential.
04:33Thank you all.
