01:35Maybe some personality changes.

01:37He might get irritable.

01:38He might lash out.

01:39What do we do when that happens?

01:42Well, from what we know about post-traumatic stress, and we're still learning, okay?

01:48Just treat him normally.

01:50Be patient with him.

01:51Don't pressure him to talk.

01:53Just let him lead the way.
