00:23So he was far advanced as everyone else.

00:26And, okay, now a lot of clubs have caught up and recognized how important it is having a nice training ground.

00:32That is, you know, the players can be relaxed, totally relaxed there.

00:35And they don't have to want for anything else other than being excellent at your job.

00:40But he was definitely one of the guys who I needed that type of environment in my life, in my career.

00:49And then I could advance and then just worry about playing top, top football.
