02:07for her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela

02:12and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition

02:16from dictatorship to democracy.

02:22I'm honored, humbled, and very grateful on behalf of the Venezuelan people.

02:30We're not there yet.

02:33We're working very hard to achieve it,

02:35but I'm sure that we will prevail.

02:38And this is certainly the biggest recognition to our people

02:44that certainly deserve it.
