00:00Inwestiyon sa Senado ang umano'y overpriced na body-worn cameras ng Philippine Ports Authority o PPA.

00:07Sa budget hearing ng Department of Transportation,

00:10tinunaan ni Sen. Rafi Tulfo ang pagbilihan ng 191 units ng body cam sa halagang P168 million pesos noong 2020.

00:19Katumbas daw ito ng P879,000 pesos kada piraso.

00:23Noong 2021 naman, bumili pa ang PPA ng 164 na units sa kabuang halaga na P168.68 million pesos.

00:34Lumalabas natin isang milyong piso ang kada unit.

00:38Punto ni Tulfo, nakabili ang PNP ng P135,000 per unit na body cam.

00:43Paliwanag naman ang PPA sa pamamagitan ni General Manager Jay Santiago,

00:49hindi lang kamera ang sakop ng mga kontrata.

00:51Kasama na rin daw sa presyo ang buong surveillance system at mga server nito.

00:56Bukas daw ang PPA sa anumang audit o review.
