00:00I moved out myself in July. I had a lot of DIY jobs around the house, some of which I know are within my capabilities and some which aren't.
00:07So if you're dealing with plumbing and electrics and dangerous things potentially like that, I think you can be a bit too brave and think,
00:16oh I can do that and save a bit of money rather than get a professional in.
00:19Being a professional.
00:21I think it depends very much what the job is. If you think you can and you know how to do it, you can interpret instructions and you know the safety side of it, then yeah, but I think everyone should know the limits.
00:36Some people are good at DRI, aren't they? Some people aren't. Yeah. So if you can, if you can save, if you're hopeless at it, save and get a professional in, but shop around.
00:48And if you obviously be good at it, then just do it yourself.
00:52I think, well, what's the worst thing that could happen? And if it does, you might not be left with a house anyway to do any DIY on, so.
