00:38And that's a big number in sport and he's played for so long.

00:42So, I don't think anybody's sure whether Rohit will actually play when he's sporting.

00:47So, I don't think it's the worst decision. It happens to everyone.

00:52Now, when I stopped playing one-day cricket, I was 37 years old.

00:55It's happened to Rahul Dravet, who all of us have scored more than 10, 11, 12,000 runs in one-day cricket.

01:01So, it happens to everyone. There will not be any exception even in the future, 10 years down the line,

01:09when a Gil, when Shuman Gil gets close to 40 and scores 12,000, 13,000 runs, he will also have to face this situation.

01:16Because as you know, in sport, whether it's a Federer, whether it's a Sampras, whether it's a Nadal, whether it's a Maradona,

01:22they'll all have to finish someday. So, from that point of view, I think it's not a bad decision.

01:27To promote, to push Shuman Gil, because he's shown a lot of talent in England.

01:34And you need to push these young boys. So, I think it has been done in consultation with Rohit.
