00:04ang Anyay Haunted Hospitals o mga proyektong hospital at health center ng Department of Health

00:10na hindi kumpleto, abaddonado o hindi nag-o-operate.

00:14Sabi ni Dilima, mistulang paglustay ito ng Pondo ng Health Facilities Enhancement Program o HFEP.

00:22Sa budget hearing ng DOH sa Kamara, lumabas na 200 lang sa 600 health center

00:27na itinayo sa ilalim ng HFEP ang nag-o-operate.

00:32Sa budget hearing sa Senado, sinabi rin ni Senate Committee and Finance Chairman Wyn Gatchalian,

00:37may 15 billion pesos na halaga ng mga health center project

00:39ang hindi natapos ng kontraktor kahit nabayaran na ng gobyerno.

00:45Paliwanag naman ng DOH, hindi ito mga ghost project, kundi kulang lamang sa tao kaya hindi operational.

00:52Mga lokal na pamahalan daw ang may obligasyon na puna ng tao ang mga pasilidad.

00:56At ginumpiraman naman ang DOH na may ilang health center sa Sambuanga Region

01:00na hindi pa natatapos ng mga kontraktor.
