El consejero delegado de BBVA, Onur Genç, ha explicado en el XVI Encuentro Financiero EXPANSIÓN que todos los inversores institucionales de Banco Sabadell acudirán a la opa de BBVA sobre la entidad.

00:00There are different types of investors in this process, and we have been interacting with all of them.

00:06But I'll give you the four types of investors.

00:09The first one, we call them active institutional investors.

00:13They are around 30% of the total Sabada shareholding base.

00:17This 30%, they are active institutional.

00:19They look into the fundamentals of the transaction, and they say, is this a good transaction or not?

00:25We have had dialogue, discussions with every single one of them.

00:30All of them, and every single one of them has told us that they will tender.
