00:311 and 2 were more targeting our level 1 criminality, slightly getting into level 2,

00:37but certainly the street level criminality, trying to find out where the phones were going on an individual basis.

00:43You'll be aware that there's technology on the phones where someone's phone's stolen.

00:47The victim can track it, see where it's going.
