00:28The situation is right now absolutely normal. Yesterday from 10 p.m. in the night we have declared prohibited order till 10 o'clock in the morning tomorrow. From morning we are seeing that people of Kattahak are cooperating with us. Only we are seeing people who have some kind of emergency requirement or some kind of travel plan outside only they are coming out.
00:55So we are really thankful to all the people, all the citizens of Kattahak city that they are cooperating with us.
01:00We have 60 platoons of state police forces. With that we have six companies of central paramilitary forces which includes one company of rapid action force.
01:10These central paramilitary forces and rapid action forces they are being deployed at most sensitive locations and most sensitive roads and bylands.
01:18And I would request all the people to cooperate with us and whatever restrictions have been imposed please obey by that restrictions.
01:27But emergency requirement if anybody is there or if any buying requirement purchase requirement regarding grocery or milk etc. is there that they are exempted.
01:38We have briefed our forces and officers not to detain those kind of people coming for those kind of requirements.
01:45And I would also request the people not to believe in any social media postings which most of them are not based on fact.
01:56Most of them are meant to misguide the people and insight people. So we have official handles.

02:07And please don't go by the rumours that is spreading in social media.
