00:00one think today with the with the way that the world is going and innovation and all
00:06everything that we're seeing with the AI I never is it still important really important to have a degree
00:11or you're looking for more of a talent I believe it's important and it gives value and credibility
00:17to the talent when they sue have a degree and it opens up doors for them for sure
00:22but I don't think it's the only thing that we look at one it comes to talent because at RMIT
00:28and we believe in giving people opportunities and we believe in lifelong learning so some
00:35candidates might have a degree but never you know upskill or learn anything as they go through
00:42their career while other candidates might not start with a strong degree but as they go grow
00:49through their career they tend to learn and always upskill themselves so i'd say it is important to
00:54have a degree but it's not the only thing that we look at we look at their experiences their skills
00:59and so many other factors when evaluating candidates
