00:00I'm pleased that the High Court found in the government's favour and that Michelle Moan's
00:06company will need to pay back the £122 million that they got from the government. The previous
00:12government gave out contracts through a VIP lane which we were very critical of at the time and
00:19the PPE provided by that company was not up to the standards and that's why we have pursued this
00:26in the courts to get the money back. I've been very clear for a number of years that money belongs in
00:31our public services and we have done everything in our power to get that money back even before
00:37this judgment today we had managed to bring back £400 million of taxpayers money there's another
00:44£122 million today and I want to be clear anyone who got a government contract either during Covid
00:51or at other times where the contract was not being fulfilled we will come after that money
00:57that is taxpayers money and it belongs in our public services.
