00:14And is this really going to protect the U.S. from military threats to have beautiful submarines?

00:22Well, from an aesthetics perspective, I don't really buy into that philosophy.

00:28But at the same token, the lethality is important.

00:32The Chinese Navy has eclipsed the United States Navy, and we need to catch up.

00:38We're coming from behind because we've traditionally been the military might that supported the United Nations.

00:46But when we have other nations such as China and Russia, well, China specifically, that is eclipsing the United States Navy.

00:55That's when we have to do something.

00:56I'm in wholehearted agreeance in the intelligence perspective of having submarines that collect data,

01:04that introduce it to the military to ensure that we can be fully and readily available and accessible in the wake of a conflict overseas.

01:15But the aesthetics piece, I want to say the logistics must be in working order.

01:21And if the logistics are not in working order, that's when you have a troubling effect as relates to a military.
