00:00Great job. Would anybody like to say something? Would anybody? Would you like to say something, honey?
00:05Yes. I'm Ilani Meyers. I'm nine years old, and I had a blood cancer called leukemia when I was only two years old.
00:14I had to get treated at seven different hospitals across this country, and I had to have two viral transplants,
00:23one for my dad and one for my mom, and I had to spend many days and the nights in the hospital
00:28getting pokies and yucky medicine, and me and my parents were very worried,
00:34and I had to go through those seven different hospitals to find the best treatment that can make me better,
00:39and thank you, Mr. President, for making everything happen today so kids like me and Laura can still be living today and speaking.
00:51They're doing better than any of us have done. We're doing lousy. We're not doing so well today.
01:03They're doing so good. That was fantastic. Thank you. And you're feeling good now?
01:07Yes.
01:08Are you all better?
01:09You're pretty close, right?
01:11Yeah.
01:12Yeah, I hear you're going to do good.
01:13Anybody like to say something?
