02:55From a United Nations perspective, attending events such as this provide us an opportunity to engage with a critical part of the security apparatus, namely heads of counter-terrorism and security agencies.

03:28The forum also paved the way as a platform for constructive dialogue between countries that have been party to conflicts such as Azerbaijan and Armenia.

03:42I mean, if you can't talk and sit down, there's no way then you'll be able to solve the many myriad problems that we are facing,
03:49and many security challenges, whether it's Ukraine-Russia war or what's happening in Gaza or in Sudan and other African countries.
03:59It's only through dialogue and forums like this that solutions can be found.
04:05And it's the only way that we can get best practices and also learn from each other on how best to solve these problems that we're facing globally.
