00:181. Be a resident of Alaska throughout 2024.

00:212. Intend to remain in the state indefinitely.

00:243. Not have claimed residency elsewhere since December 2023.

00:284. Be physically present in Alaska for at least 72 consecutive hours in 2023 or 2024.

00:36Payments are scheduled in three waves.

00:38October 2nd for applications ready by September 18th.

00:42October 23rd for those in eligible unpaid status by October 13th.

00:47And November 20th for those still in that status as of November 12th.
