00:13the real, direct, grave and imminent threat to the lives of my family members and me, and the

00:19evident denial of my right to due process of law. He adds, Ako Bicol will inform the office of

00:25Speaker Bo GD of the nominee who will replace him in the House of Representatives. In his letter to

00:30D, Ko denies intentionally allowing last-minute insertions in the 2025 budget during the Bicameral

00:37Conference Committee. Ko also disputes assertions that he benefited from infrastructure projects

00:42awarded to SunWest. He adds, he is not required to submit a medical certificate to justify his leave

00:48of absence. Ko has been absent since the start of the 20th Congress and has been abroad supposedly

00:54to seek medical treatment.
