00:48by his sense of aesthetics and his humanity, I mean apart from being an incredible designer.

00:54He was a humanitarian. He was an incredible philanthropist and, you know, there were

00:59many tentacles that he had. He was a deeply, deeply human talent.

01:29It's a great honor, and a great humanitarian, great artist. I'm just, we're humbled that

01:43we were invited to come back to Milano to celebrate His Excellency.

01:50And for you, what is his legacy, and how will you ramp up Mr. Armani?

02:30and he changed it forever. It will always be changed again. I mean, he was an angel.

02:54to be here to pay a small tribute. Yeah, I mean, it's very special. It's a special evening,

02:58but it's also a celebration. I mean, the guy is iconic. There's no one like him. He's inimitable.

03:03He will be inimitable for the rest of time, for the rest of fashion, and so we must celebrate him.

03:09It's a beautiful moment as well.

03:19I'm just here to honor a great man, an absolute legend. And it's an interesting timing,

03:27it being just after the 50th anniversary, and I've had the pleasure of meeting him on a few occasions.

03:33And he's just a titan, and we don't have a lot of those. So I'm just here to honor him tonight.

04:55And I was talking to like Glenn Close and with Tanya Jackson, and I was like, tell me, it was the first time you met him.
