00:00I remember, no, but Giorgio was, we met, obviously, when I was making this movie, American Gigolo, you might have heard about this movie.
00:09Yes, of course.
00:10Changed the world.
00:11But I didn't even have a suit, I didn't have, I don't think I owned a tie.
00:16And I was making this movie, Nando Scartioti was the production designer, who's also designing costumes, and he had brought in Giorgio to do costumes for this movie.
00:30I didn't know who Giorgio was, no one in America knew who Giorgio was.
00:35We didn't know anything about fashion, we didn't know anything.
00:38So we started playing with the suits, and I was like, oh, this is not so bad.
00:44The fabrics were so beautiful.
00:46He was taking a lot of chances with design at that time, with these kind of big shoulders, and he was doing these kind of interesting things.
00:55But he started to tell me also who the character was, because I started to see that.
01:00To wear the clothes, it made me move differently.
01:03And I started to find the character, actually, with the clothes.
01:07So I'll always thank Giorgio for that.
