00:10Today we go to Small Claims Court because they're trying to sue us over a fence that was technically on my property.
00:16We pulled it up like the cops told us to.
00:19Well, they're suing us.
00:20His neighbors don't seem to know where the property line is.

00:30Now we're having to have that surveyor come back again because now they're trying to dispute it after we already went to court.
00:36Beat them in court over this land case.
00:38We gave them over 45 days to get their fence off our property and they didn't.
00:43So once the 45 days were up, we took the fence and the cops were involved and they told us that it's on our property so it's ours.
00:51So they should have moved it.
00:53So just wish us luck today in court.
00:55Suddenly the court date was rescheduled.
00:57Court was rescheduled because the judge's clerk, whatever, failed to give us the right date for court.
01:04They were over 30 feet on my property and we went in court over that and then so we did.
01:12At first we was cordial with the neighbors and then that went sour because of them.
01:19They started destroying our property.
01:21Well, we wanted to put a fence up.
01:23Well, that started a big issue.
01:24We took them to court for the true property line.
01:27While we was in court, they put their fence way over on our property, over 30 feet.
01:32Then we finally got our court.
01:34We won in court and now everything's settled and now they're trying to sue us over a year later.
01:40A month later, they finally got an update.
01:42Our surveyor is finally coming out this next week to approve our line to our neighbors and for the court from the survey they did over a year ago and they had a survey come out like less than eight months ago and then now they're trying to say our fence is their property.
01:57But we put our fence three feet off the property line, then put T-post down the property line, the true property line, painted on purple and put string, everything straight as an arrow.
02:08Nobody can dispute that.
02:09The cops were called and the neighbor disputes their claims.
02:12They have all said our line is straight, so they don't know what they're talking about.
02:17Well, their surveyor came out and said it's over by our fence, which we did that where we can maintenance both sides of our fence and not have to be on their property because they sure are not going to maintain nothing on their side.
02:31Where we don't trespass, they don't trespass, but they don't care.
02:35They just keep on going, going, going.
02:37And that's how this keeps on for the last four years.
02:40This is all it's been is a tit for tat with them.
02:43We'll have to see more books and things like R hotspots.
